The raw food diet is beneficial because it provides nutrients that help the body reach ultimate nutrition. And it is packed with healthy nutrition which helps you to feel full. There are so many health benefits to a raw food diet. You get the protein, carbs, calcium and fiber your body needs. When you eat healthy you get a healthy body.
So you ask what foods are considered raw foods? The answer is easy. It’s simply fresh fruits, veggies, berries, nuts seeds and even some herbs. Some of which we already have in our refrigerator.
